Yes, every card you order comes with one free duplicate—no extra charge. Whether you order one card or several, each will include a high-quality copy identical in appearance and functionality to the original. For example, if you order 10 cards for different individuals, each person will receive a free duplicate.
If you don’t have a suitable photo ready, you can place your order first and contact our customer service afterward. We'll provide clear guidelines to help you take a compliant photo that meets our production standards.

Yes. After your order is confirmed, we’ll send your tracking number via email. Before we ship, we’ll also share a digital version of your card for final confirmation to ensure everything is accurate.

With advanced production methods, our cards are visually and functionally indistinguishable from real ones—even scanners and security staff won’t notice the difference.
If you notice an error, please contact us right away. You can reply to your confirmation email or reach out through our contact form. Provide your order number, and we’ll assist you in updating the details—as long as production hasn’t started yet. Once your card is being made, changes can no longer be made, so quick action is important.
